Just to be clear, I am not a San Francisco Photographer, however I do travel for clients weddings and elopements. Martha and Kevin found me on google and noticed that I travelled for elopements. If you landed on this page, you more than likely know how bad Covid messed with the wedding industry. Like so many couples in 2020, Martha and Kevin had to cancel their big wedding plans and elope with just their two closest friends. San Francisco has so many beautiful locations, but Land’s End was the place they had in mind. If you recall back in September when basically California was on fire, and the iconic picture of the San Francisco bay skyline being red orange? Yes, that was a week before their elopement! I was definitely nervous about the fires putting a damper on the situation. My whole drive up to San Francisco there was bad air quality and smoke like no other, but as soon as I got into the city where I could see the bay, it was clear blue skies!
So the elopement began with an emotional first look and ceremony full of the blue skies as I mentioned before. As soon as the ceremony ended the wind brought in the famous San Francisco Fog, affectionately known as Karl. Karl brought in all the moody vibes, I just couldn’t get over how cool it was!!
